Though his influences range from Ray Charles and Kate Bush to Dominic Fike and Tyler The Creator, Adrian’s deepest source of inspiration is the human existence. At only 19 years old, Adrian seeks to capture the stories and emotions of those around him, revealing pieces of himself in the process. Being mentored by Max Martin’s legendary writer/producer collective early on, Adrian’s knack for telling heartfelt stories with infectious hooks extends far beyond his years.

Having previously acted on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series (alongside Olivia Rodrigo), Adrian is still bringing his stellar vocals, but has established a sound that feels true to his artistry. These new singles introduce us to the new world of Adrian Lyles…and there’s still lots to be uncovered!

“I want people to hear Somewhere to go and think about somebody who makes them feel the way the song feels. The track feels to me like longing for someone for the longest and finally finding them.
The creation of this song felt so organic, real and raw, like it was meant to happen. Every single part of it flowed out in one 4 minute freestyle voice memo that literally just became the end product for Somewhere to go.
This whole track to me feels like an escape from the negative place you’ve been. Someone swoops in and shows you there is somewhere better for you to be and you follow them. That’s “somewhere to go”
