With her latest record ‘In This House We Celebrate Heartbreak’ Indie-pop singer songwriter Edith paints quite a colorful picture where each color represents an emotion in a intense and wide array of experiences the artist recalls from the age of 20 to 22.

“I started writing this album when I was 21. Most songs are written instead of writing texts or jotting down my feelings in my diary; instead, I would pour my heart into songs on my piano,” shares Edith.

The album features 18 tracks that ultimately showcase Edith’s powerful storytelling as well as her unique approach to it. If you think of the record as a diary you can see each track as an entry where the singer talks about her feelings, the highs and lows and her journey through life.

One of the album’s highlights is the track ‘God Complex,’ which earned the title of Track of The Week on BBC Music Introducing.

The power of this record is that each track is a piece of everyday life. The listener can easily relate to every lyric and seamlessly transport themselves into Edith’s world. Songs like  ‘21’ are the perfect example of it.

Edith’s musical journey started very early as she started hopping on stages around London such as Notting Hill Arts Club.

Alongside the album release Edith has released official music videos for ‘Necklace’, ‘Over It’ and ‘The Day We Met’.

‘In This House We Celebrate Heartbreak’ is now available on all major streaming platforms, offering a captivating and immersive musical experience for fans of authentic and emotive storytelling.
