Amanda is following the release of her new high powered single “CANDY BABY” with its distinctively stylized music video. Directed by Elise Lacret (art director for Halsey, Kacey Musgraves), the visuals paint an alluring picture of tension and duality.
Her tunes are playful, catchy, modern and all her own. She teases elements of dynamic art pop, pulsing club music, unyielding punk and warm ‘60s nostalgia.
She fearlessly explores the many different shades of her personality and brings new-fashioned vibrancy and old-fashioned influences to all aspects of her creative process. Stylized music videos and an ever-evolving image are her signature.
In an enticing display of dominance and submission, the video depicts Stone wrestling with darkness, light—and the controlling power of ones own mind.
