Park Ave is inspired by an experience that occurred in my life in March 2024. I was seeing someone at the time and I thought we had a special connection. Long story short, one night we were supposed to meet up in Harlem for dinner and they never showed up, “meet me on 139, he stood me up”. So I decided to write a song about that. This song captures the internal battle of my emotions piled up inside. On the one hand, I’m a lover girl and I want this relationship to work out regardless of what’s been said and done. On the other hand, however, I don’t want to be in my bag so I try to distract myself by spending time with my friends.”
