Amy Correa Bell is fun, colorful, and full of positive energy. Her music, and even her visual style, captures a sense of lightness that encourages listeners to let go of tension, smile, relax their shoulders, unclench their minds, and put life’s worries on hold. It’s the kind of feeling that invites you to close your eyes, surrender to the moment, and stay grounded in the present.
That is exactly what “Go! (Golden Go Remix)”, the singer-songwriter’s new single and music video, delivers. Returning to her hometown in the 818 area of California’s San Fernando Valley, Amy embraces her authentic self, gets listeners moving, and pays tribute to the community and identity that have shaped her since the very beginning.
The track blends pop with Latin influences, while its production incorporates elements of Afro house to create an upbeat, carefree atmosphere. That spirit is perfectly matched by an intentionally DIY music video.
Shot and edited entirely by Amy on an iPhone, the clip follows her dancing outside a neighborhood barbershop, walking through a grocery store, hanging out in a room inspired by the 1980s and 1990s, and visiting other familiar landmarks throughout the neighborhood where she grew up.
The release also marks a deeply personal milestone for the artist. It is her first since becoming a mother, prompting her to take complete creative control of the music video as a way to reconnect with the place that shaped her and the fans who have supported her throughout her career.

Production was handled by Les Les, Amy’s brother and one of her closest collaborators, with whom she previously teamed up on “Run It.” Together, they once again deliver a song that inspires movement from the very first beat, blending infectious rhythms with a confident, joyful, and uplifting vocal performance.
“Go! (Golden Go Remix)” also signals the beginning of a new chapter for Amy Correa Bell, serving as the lead single from her upcoming EP, “Remix Type,” scheduled for release in the fall of 2026. If this single is any indication, the project promises to celebrate movement, confidence, and the ability to find joy even in life’s most ordinary moments.
