Packing out a 15,000-seat venue like the Movistar Arena is a huge milestone that would shift an artist’s entire career trajectory, and Ángela Leiva just hit that huge mark with her first sold-out arena performance this past June 18th.
Thousands of fans were treated to a retrospective of Ángela’s catalog while also getting a taste of brand-new material. The show highlighted key moments from her career alongside recent releases, as well as collaborations that included appearances by El Chino of Q’ Lokura and Euge Quevedo, in a night defined by audience connection, special guests, and celebration of music.
The night opened with “Amnesia,” one of her most recent releases, before moving through “Gato,” her new single, and “Mi eterno rencor.” The set also featured a tribute to tropical legend Gilda’s classics, woven into a broader journey through the songs that shaped her career, maintaining a deep emotional resonance throughout the crowd.
The energy peaked in the final stretch with a high-tempo cuarteto segment, featuring a guest appearance by El Chino of Q’ Lokura on songs including “Amor de mierda.”

Euge Quevedo later joined Leiva on stage to perform the classic “No podrás” before debuting their new collaboration, “Enemigas,” live for the first time, building on the momentum of the crowd.

To close the milestone performance, Leiva returned to “Amiga Traidora,” the song that marked the beginning of her career, leading a full 15,000-person audience sing-along.
This concert is undoubtedly a golden seal stamp of her years of persistence, proving her capability to command arena-scale productions and setting a high benchmark for where she takes her live performance format next.
