When she debuted at the age of just 16 it was as an independent artist –and even though she’s now signed to one of the most influential major labels in the World, Ida Laurberg is still an independent woman and creative mind of her own.Back in 2016, ‘Puppy Dog Eyes’ made quite a stir in Danish music as the self-released debut single by Ida Laurberg went viral and amassed nearly 40 million streams across platforms.

Last year, Ida released the critically acclaimed “break-up”-EP, ‘Phase Five’, that indicated she was anything but a quick buzz but an important new, young female voice of Denmark! Her brand-new single, ‘Personal Letters’, is out October 8th. Speaking of the song, Ida says:“’Personal Letters Is about my frustration of not having the nerve to confront people in my life when they do something that hurts me –which ends up in me getting hurt and having my boundaries overstepped time after time.

Instead, I keep up finding myself performing angry monologues with myself in the shower inthe mornings. That’s ‘Personal Letters’.
