“I wanted to put out something that felt a bit different, a bit more worldly – I think while this record has obviously got a Dnb core, it’s inspired by lots of different places around the world. Elliphant came up with the catchiest hook that I think just nails the holiday vibe. There’s also an underlying element of Phonk in there – which is a genre that’s been quietly killing it in corners of the internet, so it was cool to be able to incorporate a bit of that”
