Photographer Sahand Sane is our latest obsession. Finding the best and most edgy artists and creatives is one of our editorial pillars. Being provocative and free-spirited is not usually a ticket for overnight mainstream success. However, it’s certainly a fast track to developing a unique style and a loyal string of clients and supporters.
Sahand is definitely one of the few artists that have chosen the latter. I highly rewarding option especially for those who – like Sahand – have spent their life and efforts to achieve.
“Contrary to what one would think, music was one of my first interests“. he admits.
“I would practice the cello quite a bit, but when I got my first camera there was no way back!”
As far as his dream collabs he mentions some of photography giants of our times such as Amer Mohamad, Ali Moradi and Lindsay Adler. Art and beauty deeply influence his work and his ideal style icon is fashion realism, which is quite evident in his photography.
